Yes, all our pieces are shipped with a protective fabric bag that has a tie closure. We can also include an additional bag in the shipment, where you can store that protective fabric, creating a perfect package, ideal for gifting. Each piece has different care instructions. Our Wayuu bags and Wayuu straps should be soaked in cold water with liquid soap, can soak for 1 hour, then rinse and air dry. Espadrilles, being footwear that avoids excessive moisture, can be cleaned with a toothbrush and a bit of water and soap. Jean jackets are sent with a protective wash bag and can be included in the delicate cycle of the washing machine and air-dried. These are recommendations that ensure the preservation of our products.

We do not offer custom orders due to our production being in Colombia, and the delivery times would be lengthy. However, if you don't mind waiting and want to make modifications, feel free to reach out. We can offer adjustments to the strap of our Wayuu bags, such as removing the fringes, and the delivery time would remain the same for your order.
